Here are a couple of pictures of a hike we took two weeks ago. The mountain is Mt Gothic which towers above Gothic an old mining town that now and has been for a long time the home of the Rocky Mountain Biological Lab.. Lots of college students do research there on plants and insects in the summer time. They are always coming to the lumberyard for supplies to build cages, traps, and other goofy things. The waterfall is Judd Falls which is above Gothic. It is a short hike from the road. What a great sight when you get there. We are spending the 4th in Goodland with Matthew, Jena, Joshua, Linda, and Nina. Celebrating Joshua's Birthday which was last week. Happy 4th of July.
