Happy New Year to all.  As you can see we have a little snow in the Gunnison Country.  The photos are of a snowshoe hike we took yesterday (what a great way to spend the last day of 2008).  Linda, Matthew, Jena, and Josh were here for the New Years as well as the Spencers,  Jim, Becky, Tim, Dave, and Ruth.  We had way to much to eat and great time catching up with family.  We went to The Slogar in Crested Butte for New Years Eve for you folks that have not been here they have one thing on the menu FRIED CHICKEN!  it is so good and I always eat to much.  Everyone agreed everything on the table tastes so good that nothing can be that healthy for you.  I guess when the highlight of New Years Eve is a great meal really shows my age.
